HISTORY OF THE DOG

The taming of the dog dates back to prehistoric times. Naturally, therefore, there are many ambiguities on this issue. The available materials dealing with the domestication of the dog are scientific hypotheses. The work of Soviet scientists is based on the essence of the emergence of species by natural selection, ie on Darwinism. They are based on the findings of excavations and zoological analysis of canine carnivores, which generalize a significant number of species. They prove that the dog is most similar to a wolf and a jackal. These are the ancestors of today's dogs. Despite this dog, partially similar animals such as foxes, hyenas and Brazilian dogs are not the ancestors of our dog. They cannot be crossed with a dog. Archaeological research has shown that there were three species of dogs in Europe and Asia in the Stone Age.

PEAT DOG

The skulls of these dogs have been found in Siberia, in the European part of Russia and in Western Europe. The ancestor of this dog was a jackal. Today, the descendants of a peat dog are considered to be: hunting likes, chow-chow, spitz, pinschers and terriers.

PES INOSTRANCEVOV

Some species of European and Asian wolves are considered to be ancestors of this type. This type of dog gave rise to strong dogs. Offspring are considered Tibetan, Central Asian, Mongolian sheep, Bernardines, Newfoundland dogs, mastiffs, mastiffs and other breeds of large dogs. The Inostrance type dog was used to protect herds, to hunt large game and later as war dogs.

PES PUTATINOV

It is the third type of stone age dog. It is not exactly described for few preserved remains. The European wolf is considered his ancestor. The skull of this dog is remarkably similar to the skull of Inostrance's dog, but it is much shorter and has a longer facial part. The offspring of this dog are believed to be dinges, oriental dogs and some likes.

History of the dog
In other works dealing with the Bronze Age, we encounter the name "bronze dog" and "garbage dog". The bronze dog is already considered a human helper in guarding herds. His ancestor is the Indian wolf, with which he has an anatomically identical skull. The offspring are sheep dogs of European origin. The garbage dog is probably the result of crossing a peat and a bronze dog. Today, all types of hunting dogs are considered his offspring. Today's appearance of the dog is the result of the process of its domestication, artificial selection and various crossbreeding. The type of nervous activity of the dog has changed. Due to the adaptation to new living conditions, many unnecessary instincts of dogs disappeared. On the contrary, new instincts were created by domestication. The extinction of the original innate instincts took hundreds of generations, as did the emergence of new innate instincts passed on to offspring.

What intelligence do dogs achieve?

Someone would say that a dog is just an ordinary animal that is not capable of a deeper understanding of the world around it. However, their intelligence and talents sometimes embarrass the person himself.

What intelligence do dogs achieve?
Dogs are intelligent! This is undoubtedly clear to anyone with a furry pet in their care. However, many lack scientific evidence of intelligence that is measurable. There is one problem. Trainers, scientists and breeders cannot agree on what an intelligence test should look like in the case of a dog.

IQ test does not exist

There is no single test that would result in a single number that would mean the amount of IQ in the case of dogs. One might think that the ability to learn to follow orders from a trainer is the only way to determine intelligence. For example, the Border Collie and the Golden Retrier excel in similar things. The intelligence of a dog is also formed by its ability to socialize. To understand their place in the clamp and in the group, it needs a lot of intelligence on its own, which sometimes even people do not achieve.

Every single one has their talents

Every dog has a talent for certain activities that go better than others. This is the main proof that a dog is an independent personality who has his own soul. Two dogs, of the same breed and age, may have talents for completely different activities. Similar to humans. The breeder and trainer should perceive, reveal and develop these talents. Know that all your dog is capable of is, in a way, a show of intelligence. Only an intelligent dog can learn. Only an intelligent dog can be social. And only an intelligent dog knows his talent and develops it.
Research shows that almost every person who owns a dog is convinced that his own is extremely intelligent. This is because the breeder knows his dog and knows where his strengths are. So he can compare.
Dog intelligence is often misunderstood, but think about it. For example, only by its presence can a dog reduce the risk of a heart attack of its owner by at least a similar percentage as a doctor with drugs and a university.
